• Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address for analytics and security.
• Communications: Emails or support messages you send us.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• To process subscription payments and send billing notifications.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. password resets, invoices).
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

Your data is stored on servers located in India (AWS Mumbai region). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted session storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use session cookies essential for the operation of the platform (authentication, CSRF protection). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging in.

6. Third-Party Services

• Razorpay — payment processing. Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Sentry — error monitoring (anonymised stack traces only).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
