Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for MakeYouProductive subscriptions. Please read it carefully before subscribing. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.
2. Free Trial
- All new accounts receive a free trial period as described on our pricing page.
- No payment is required during the trial.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no cost.
- At the end of the trial, your account will move to the Free plan (where available) or become inactive. You will be notified before the trial ends.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan (if available) or become inactive. Your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.
- Cancellation stops all future recurring charges.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided for subscription fees already charged, including partial-period cancellations.
- Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refund is issued for the difference.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g. billing errors, duplicate charges), please contact us within 7 days and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
5. Plan Changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately. The new plan's first charge occurs at the next billing cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No proration credit is issued for unused days when upgrading or downgrading.
6. Service Disruptions
If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a credit for the affected period. This does not constitute a right to a cash refund.
7. How to Cancel or Request a Review
